Joe has spent his entire life around firearms and with that came the discipline to have respect and knowledge of them. Growing up Joe was able to learn from his father who was a firearms instructor for the Memphis Police Department. Joe graduated the Metro Nashville Police Training Academy in 1988 and is still employed with them at the Training Academy as the lead firearms instructor for the department. “Passing it on” & “continue to learn” is a platform for success. Seeing a student who is eager to learn and grow with the knowledge you have shared is incredibly rewarding. Joe has attended numerous firearms courses to include, FBI, GLOCK, IALEFI Master Firearms, Sig Sauer Pistol Optics, and Northern Red. Joe resides in Middle Tennessee with his wife and son and enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and old muscle cars.
