Royal Range USA is Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
Transfer Polices
Royal Range USA offers a streamlined firearm transfer process for firearms purchased from online merchants, private parties, physical gun stores, and other venues. Please read our policies and fill out the transfer form below immediately after or before initiating a transfer to our location.
The firearm will only be transferred to the individual listed on the invoice provided with the shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS
Shipments must be picked up within 30 days of notification that the firearm(s) is ready for pickup. If firearms are not picked up within 30 days, a $30.00 monthly storage fee will be charged to your instore account.
Royal Range USA reserves the right to sell any transferred firearms & accompanying accessories that not picked up after 90 days. Royal Range USA will deduct all accrued fees (transfer and storage fees) from the firearm sale and the proceeds will be credited to the customer’s instore account.
If not purchasing from an FFL holder, the SELLER MUST include a copy of their driver’s license with the shipment of the firearm(s). If a copy of the SELLERS’ driver’s license is not included there will be delays in the receiving process, and potential additional costs.
We make every effort to process transfers of non-NFA firearms within 48 hours of receipt (Not including weekends).
Transfers of Class III/NFA items (Silencer, Machinegun, Short Barreled Rifle, etc.) may take up to 72 hours (Not including weekends).
Transfer Fees
Per Firearm – $55 (Members pay $35.00)
In-store TBI background check – $10
Class III/NFA Transfer (Silencer, Machinegun, Short Barreled Rifle, etc.) – $100
$40.00 Form 4 Paperwork through Silencer Shop (If item not purchased through Silencer Shop)

*Members pay $50.00*Grand Total is $100.00 plus Tax.
*Members pay a total of $80.00*
DISCLAIMER
In compliance with Tennessee state law, Royal Range USA utilizes the Tennessee Instant Check System (TICS) to conduct background checks on all serialized item transactions.
If a background check results in a denial, Royal Range USA will provide the customer with an “Appeal of Denial” form. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete this form and submit it to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) via mail or fax.
Upon receipt of the appeal, TICS will review the denial and issue one of the following rulings:
Overturned – The denial has been reversed. The customer may pick up the serialized item within 30 days of the original denial. After 30 days, a new background check will be required.
Denied – The denial is upheld, and the item cannot be transferred to the customer under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for obtaining a refund from the original seller. Royal Range USA will return the item to the seller.
Conditional Proceed – If TBI is unable to overturn the denial within 15 days, they may issue a Conditional Proceed. Royal Range USA does not proceed with serialized transactions under a Conditional Proceed.In this case, the customer must seek a refund from the original seller, and Royal Range USA will return the item.
Please note: All background check rulings—including Approved, Denied, Overturned, and Conditional Proceed—are determined solely by the TBI's Instant Check System. Royal Range USA has no authority to alter or influence these decisions. We encourage customers to verify their eligibility before initiating a transaction.
Additional Disclaimers:
Royal Range USA does not hold serialized items indefinitely. If the appeal process is not resolved within 45 days of the original denial, the item may be returned to the seller at the customer’s expense, unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
Shipping and transfer fees are non-refundable.
Customers are advised to confirm refund policies with the original seller before purchasing or transferring any serialized item to Royal Range USA.
Royal Range USA reserves the right to cancel the transfer of a serialized item to any customer for any reason.
